Kuveras ā Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Not in love with your purchase?
We understand that sometimes a piece looks different once itās in hand. We never want you to feel stuck with jewellery you wonāt wear. Thatās why we offer a simple 3-step return process. Approved returns are refunded as a one-time coupon code equal to the product value for future purchases.
1) Inform (within 48 hours)
- Email kuverasoverseas@gmail.com
- within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Clear photos of the item (and packaging, if relevant)
- Weāll review and confirm eligibility by email.
2) Return (ship within 5 days of approval)
After we approve your request:
Repack the item unused, in original condition with all tags, pouches, cards, and the invoice.
Ship the parcel within 5 days of our approval using a reliable courier and share the tracking number by email.
Return shipping is borne by the customer.
Note: We canāt process refunds if items arrive used, damaged, or without original packaging.
3) Resolution
Once we receive and quality-check your return, weāll issue your refund coupon code per our Refund Policy (below) and confirm by email within 24ā48 hours of receipt.
Order Cancellations
We typically begin processing orders within 2 hours.
Before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled.
Prepaid orders: refunded as either a refund coupon code or original payment mode (after a 5% payment-gateway deduction).
COD orders: we will call to reconfirm before shipping.
After dispatch: the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Mode of Refund
Refunds are issued as a one-time coupon code equal to the approved refund amount.
Validity: 1 year from issuance.
Stacking: Only one coupon can be applied per order; refund coupons cannot be combined with other offer codes.
Applicable Deductions & Special Cases
Undelivered/returned prepaid orders (non-acceptance): ā¹250 deducted to cover forward & reverse shipping; balance issued as a refund coupon code. No bank transfer for undelivered returns.
Refund coupon re-use: If a refund coupon was used on an order you then do not accept, that coupon will expire and cannot be reissued. Please ensure acceptance of COD/prepaid orders placed with coupons.
Duplicate payment attempts: If money is debited but you didnāt receive order confirmation, email us before re-ordering. If a new order is placed without checking and we must refund, a 5% payment-gateway charge is deducted.
Orders with waived shipping offers: If shipping (ā¹125) was waived on the original order, ā¹125 will be deducted when processing the refund coupon code.
Chained returns using refund coupons: If you placed an order using a refund coupon and then return that order, you are eligible for up to two refund coupons tracing back to the original order (maximum two re-issues).
Free shipping with refund coupons: If more than two orders are placed using refund coupons, any free-shipping benefit will be reversed (ā¹125 deduction).
COD token amount: The token amount is non-refundable if a COD order is not accepted/cancelled/returned to us. A ā¹250 standard deduction applies for the to-and-fro logistics.
If the token amount paid exceeds ā¹250, the excess is refunded as a refund coupon code.
Eligibility
All products on our website are eligible for return against a refund coupon code, except where noted under āNot Eligibleā below.
Not Eligible:
Used or damaged items
Items sent without original packaging
Items not informed within 48 hours and/or not received within 5 days of approval
Our pieces undergo multiple quality checks. If an item meets our QC but does not meet subjective expectations, refunds are via coupon code only (no cash/bank refunds).
Refund Timeline
We issue the refund coupon code within 3 working days after the return passes quality check or after we confirm order cancellation (when applicable).
Refund coupons canāt be combined with other offers or multiple codes in a single order.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
Although we pack with great care, transit handling can occasionally cause issues. If you receive a damaged/incorrect piece:
Inform within 48 hours

with: Unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue
Your order number and brief description of the problem
Reverse Pickup (India deliveries)
Once approved, weāll arrange a one-time reverse pickup at no extra cost. Please keep the item ready for handover. If pickup fails due to unavailability/readiness, you may be asked to self-ship (customer-paid).
Resolution
After we receive and verify the issue, we will:
Dispatch a replacement (subject to availability), or
Issue a full refund coupon code equal to the product value (valid 1 year).
Note: No direct bank refunds are provided for damage/replacement cases.
Important Notes & Exclusions
Items must be returned unused, with all original packaging and inserts.
Earrings, personalised pieces, and final-sale/discounted items are generally not returnable, unless damaged/incorrect on arrival (report within 48 hours).
Return shipping (except approved reverse pickups for damaged/incorrect items within India) is customerās responsibility.
We reserve the right to inspect and accept/decline returns based on the above policy.
