Kuveras ships across all serviceable pin codes in India. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your jewellery is handled with utmost care and delivered safely and on time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

If there is any unexpected delay in processing or dispatching your order, our team will inform you promptly via email.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link and AWB number.
You can use this link to live-track your order’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery Time (India)

Metro cities: 2–4 working days from dispatch

Non-metro cities: 5–7 working days from dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen logistical delays or regional service issues.
We recommend tracking your shipment regularly using the details shared to your registered email ID.

Important Delivery Information

A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive deliveries within India.
Most courier partners follow OTP-based verification on delivery.

Failure to provide or verify the OTP may result in non-delivery or return to origin.
In such cases, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

International Shipping

Kuveras proudly ships to most countries worldwide.

Each parcel passes through multiple customs and logistics checkpoints to ensure secure delivery.
Please allow approximately 10–15 days from your order date for delivery.

Shipping Charges

Within India:

Prepaid orders: Free shipping on all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹125 cash-handling and delivery charge applies.

International Orders:

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination.

All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

Please note: Product prices and shipping charges on our website exclude customs duties, import taxes, and local levies. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs authorities. Failure to do so may cause your parcel to be held or returned. In such cases, shipping and return costs cannot be refunded.

Packaging & Handling

Each Kuveras order is thoughtfully packed in signature boxes or pouches to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented. Our team follows a strict three-level quality and safety check before dispatch.
