Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1ā2 working days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
If there is any unexpected delay in processing or dispatching your order, our team will inform you promptly via email.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link and AWB number.
You can use this link to live-track your orderās journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Metro cities: 2ā4 working days from dispatch
Non-metro cities: 5ā7 working days from dispatch

A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive deliveries within India.
Most courier partners follow OTP-based verification on delivery.
Failure to provide or verify the OTP may result in non-delivery or return to origin.
In such cases, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
International Shipping
Kuveras proudly ships to most countries worldwide.
Each parcel passes through multiple customs and logistics checkpoints to ensure secure delivery.

Shipping Charges
Within India:
Prepaid orders: Free shipping on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): ā¹125 cash-handling and delivery charge applies.
International Orders:
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination.
All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Please note: Product prices and shipping charges on our website exclude customs duties, import taxes, and local levies. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes charged by your countryās customs authorities. Failure to do so may cause your parcel to be held or returned. In such cases, shipping and return costs cannot be refunded.
