Security & Trust System
We value trust and transparency. Every rental goes through a simple and secure process:
A refundable security deposit (50% of the jewelleryās value) is collected at the time of booking
A valid government ID (such as Aadhar, PAN, or Passport) is required
A custom rental slipĀ (PDF) with jewellery details, rental dates, and return terms is shared via WhatsApp or email
Jewellery must be returned in original condition by the agreed date
Need extra assurance? We also offer video call verification before booking.
Any damage or missing item will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit
To ensure a safe and seamless process, we may also request a quick video call verification before confirming your booking.
All ID documents can be submitted securely through a private Google Form link.

Our rental service is currently available only in Delhi NCR, allowing us to offer a more personalized and efficient experience:
Timely deliveries and smooth returns managed directly by our trusted delivery partners
Try-at-home option available in select areas ā perfect if you’d like to check the size, fit, or style before confirming your rental
If you choose not to proceed after a try-on visit (even if everything fits well), a ā¹300 service fee is charged to cover the time and logistics involved
